The IRT Arch - Power cure

The IRT Power cure represents the culmination of more than thirty years of experience in the production of fully automatic paint curing arches

On the leading edge of todays paint curing technology, the IRT arch is on line computer controlled to provide a fast, efficient, high quality cure every time.

The IRT Power cure is an extremely powerful and user friendly piece of equipment. The IRT Arch can cure an average repair from 2 - 10 minutes and will easily handle a full respray or several small parts at the same time. The IRT Arch can cure all paint materials including high temperature racing clears, industrial paint applications, water based paint, paint on plastic materials etc.

The IRT Power Cure is also UV ready, which means It the can in the near future be provided with UV application.  This allows the user to maintain the highest levels of quality results at the lowest operating cost for the future.

The Rail Systems

Any combination of IRT cassettes can be suspended from the ceiling providing a means of dramatically increasing paint shop throughput while at the same time freeing up valuable floor space. Experience has shown that, based on energy savings alone, the IRT rail system achieves very fast payback. 

The IRT Rail system is highly flexible and has a large reach. The drying capacity is unrivalled. The IRT Rail Systems increases the throughput of smaller and medium sized jobs. It is designed to cure all conventional as well as water-borne materials painted on metal or plastic. The rail system will easily handle flash-off of base-coat and non-sand primers, wet-in-wet applications, as well as curing of subsequent top coats.

 

All exterior parts of the car can be accessed and energy usage is minimal as only the area repaired is heated. The system is suitable for use in preparation areas and spray-booths as it includes a safety surveillance system.
